We traded in our Tahoe for a mini-van and quickly decided it would be the ultimate camping car. Many times when we have camped our daughter has preferred to sleep in the car and my husband and I have slept in the tent with us each having a dog. So we packed up the car and headed out towards the San Rafael Swell towards the wedge. The Wedge, or Little Grand Canyon as it’s also known, has a lot of primitive camping but as we drove through the swell we noticed more and more snow on the ground. At our turn-off for where we wanted to look for camping, the ground was covered in lingering snow so we decided to turn around and head for Little Wild Horse Canyon/ Goblin Valley.
